The Website presents four service pillars: Student Mobility, Solidarity (ARIS), Schools (MAPO ERP), and Community. These terms and conditions govern access to and use of all contents and features offered.

Access to the Website and use of its services signify your complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Website.

RING reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication. We encourage you to consult this page regularly.

Continued use of the Website after modification signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Website Access

The Website is accessible free of charge via the Internet to anyone with web access. RING makes every effort to maintain the Website online 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or technical maintenance.

5. Registration and Forms

Registration for our services requires submission of a form containing personal information. You commit to:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials (username, password)
  • Accepting responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Immediately notifying RING of any unauthorized access

RING reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms or abusive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All Website contents (texts, images, logos, videos, data, source code) are the exclusive property of RING or its partners and are protected by French and international intellectual property and copyright laws.

You cannot reproduce, adapt, translate, or distribute these contents without prior written authorization from RING, except for personal non-commercial use.

If you do not accept the modifications, you must cease using the Website.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any legal relationship between RING and users is subject to French law, including:
