These Terms of Use govern the use of ring.edufrem.com edited by the RING Association. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Site access
The site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user.
Services offered
The ring.edufrem.com site presents the activities of the RING Association and its EDUFREM ecosystem (student mobility, project funding via ARIS, school quality audit via NOVA, MAPO school ERP). It allows visitors to:
- Get information about the activities of the association
- Submit a contact, demo or membership request via the forms
- Support a project through redirection to the ARIS platform
- Book an appointment with the team via Google Calendar
User commitments
The user undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information when filling out forms
- Not use the site for illegal purposes or contrary to public morals
- Not attempt to harm the technical operation of the site
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the editor and its partners
Liability
The RING Association makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and update of information published on the site. However, RING cannot be held responsible for errors, unavailability or interpretations resulting therefrom. The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the information.
The site may redirect to third-party sites (EDUFREM, ARIS, MAPO, NOVA, formsubmit.co, Google Calendar, etc.) over which RING has no direct control. Consultation of these sites is at the user's responsibility.
Service availability
The site is accessible 24/7. However, RING reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to suspend, modify or temporarily interrupt access to the site for maintenance reasons or any other reason. No service continuity commitment is guaranteed.

RING reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. It is recommended to consult this page regularly.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
