Cookies: The RING website currently uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation. No analytics (Google Analytics) or advertising cookies are active. Placeholders for Google Analytics and Google Ads exist but are not activated.

Legal Obligation: Compliance with accounting, administrative, and tax obligations applicable to non-profit organizations under the 1901 Law with public utility status.
5. Data Recipients and Transfers
Internal Recipients: The RING team and the Data Controller (Steve TIAMBO) access your data to manage your membership, engagement, and communicate relevant updates.
External Processors: FormSubmit.co receives data collected through forms (newsletter, membership, contact) as a data processor, strictly for processing and transmission to contact@edufrem.com.
No Transfers Outside the EU: Your data is not transferred outside the European Union. FormSubmit.co operates in compliance with the GDPR.
Sharing with Partners: Your data is not shared with partners or organizations in the RING network (EDUFREM, ARIS, MAPO, etc.) unless necessary for service delivery (e.g., international mentoring coordination), always based on your consent or documented operational necessity.
6. Data Retention Period
Newsletter: Your data is retained as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in each email.
Membership Form: Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership. After termination or cessation of activity, data is retained for 3 years for archival and accounting purposes (in accordance with French legal obligations).
Contact Forms: Contact messages are retained for 1 year to process requests and improve services.
Sensitive Data: No sensitive or special category data (health data, political opinions, biometric data, etc.) is collected by RING.
