Data collected

The ring.edufrem.com site only collects data you voluntarily provide through the forms (membership, demo request, contact, engagement):

• First and last name
• Email and phone number
• Profession or role, organization
• Country and city
• Any free-text message you provide

Purposes

This data is used exclusively to:

• Reply to your contact, demo or membership request
• Keep you informed about RING activities (newsletter, with your consent)
• Improve our services based on user feedback

No data is sold to third parties.

Cookies

The site uses two types of cookies:

• Technical cookies required for operation (light/dark theme preference, cookie acceptance status).
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to understand site usage and improve it. These are only activated with your explicit consent via the banner.

You can refuse analytics cookies anytime by clicking "Decline" in the banner, or by deleting cookies in your browser settings.

Hosting and security

Data is hosted in France by LWS, on GDPR-compliant secure servers. Transmissions are encrypted (HTTPS). No banking data is processed on this site.

Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Access: know what data we hold about you
• Rectification: correct this data
• Erasure: request deletion
• Portability: receive your data in a usable format
• Opposition: refuse processing for prospection purposes

Retention

Contact data is kept while the relationship is active, and for 3 years after the last exchange. Beyond, data is anonymized or deleted.
